They quoted me an outrageous price for a new transmission. I looked elsewhere and found the place where they actually did the work. I couldn’t believe they wanted to charge me so much when they weren’t even doing the work. I didn’t think it was an honest way to do business. I literally paid half of what they tried to charge me. Not to mention , they tried to double tax me. Meaning, they tried to charge me tax on labor and a separate tax on parts. I had to send them the law in order to show them there’s only one overall tax on the final balance.

This place is hands down fantastic. I came to Eduardo late before closing and he promised me that if I came back the next morning he’d take care care of me, and he did. The mechanics here took care of my car and returned it better than before. The level of communication was above and beyond and even other customers told me when I dropped the car off that they trust this place more than any where. I will be going back for any issue I have and think everyone should.

I typically have my vehicle inspected at this shop, but I had never gotten it repaired until recently, and I am very pleased with their service and genuinely thankful. I spoke with Domingo a few times on the phone before I chose to take my car in for service. He never disregarded me; he consistently showed respect and provided information. I had my car transported to Cibao from a service center in Westchester because the manufacturing service center attempted to bill me thousands. Domingo linked me to a towing company who picked up my car and dropped it off at Cibao, all while I was at work and couldn’t take time off. Domingo sent me pictures and videos via text followed by a phone call as soon as my car was dropped off and was looked at. He determined that the manufacturing service center in Westchester was billing me for a component that didn't require replacement and was functioning properly. Domingo and his team go above and beyond, they are diligent professionals who prioritize your business.

I had some car trouble yesterday and was greeted by friendly staff at Cibao. They gave me an honest assessment of what was wrong with my car, and a fair price. Other repair shops in Manhattan are ripoffs and will lie and say more things are wrong with the car when they really are not. My mom was the person who recommended Cibao to me because of their honesty and good business practices. Thank you very much for taking care of me yesterday and I will be back!

Took my 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 here to fix some front end damage and they did an excellent job! Car looks like new and the turn around was really quick with only 3 days until I got the car back. So happy I found my new car garage as these guys do good and excellent work. 100% recommended
